Read the GRAND JURY REPORT documenting "gross incompetence" of the Agency's administration, mishandling of evidence, cross-contamination, and criminal malfeasance within the Agency.
Read the NAME INSPECTION REPORT that stripped the Agency of its National Accreditation in July 2009, citing 19 Phase I deficiencies and 21 Phase II deficiencies, including but limited to inadequate training and/or certifications for pathologists and death investigators.

Several JFTD families at the 10.15.10 press conference outside Jaye Mendros' law office, welcoming Susan Murphy-Milano, nationally syndicated radio host and bestselling author, to Oklahoma. Ms. Murphy-Milano is helping the families find answers through CRIMEWIRE, the Cold Case Institute, the Department of Justice, and other resources.

RECENT EVENTS:
The rally at the State Capitol on November16th
was a HUGE success. Thank-you to everyone who participated and to the legislators who gave us a warm welcome inside the Capitol afterwards.
October was Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Ashley Thompson's case joined JFTD in October 2010. Like Chanda Turner and Sheila Deviney's cases, her death is strongly believed to have been an intimate partner homicide. Thank you to all who joined us at ROCOCO on October 15th to welcome Susan Murphy-Milano, domestic violence expert and author, who is assisting JFTD families find JUSTICE.
